Kylee was FABULOUS with helping me today. She took the time to find all my jewelry that would pull up and make sure it was synced to my accounts, calling ever different Kay/Jared's store i had purchased from so all my warranties would remain viable! Kylee & the manager took the time to answer all my questions and helped me with my new purchase! Definitely ask for Kylee!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I believe his name is Brandon—the nice man who helped us. He is so very knowledgeable and creative in a way that helped us get everything we wanted while still staying near our budget. The experience was really great. It was the second we’d been in and he recognized us enough to pick up right where we had left off. I loved how patient he was with me in helping me get a custom ring that’s special and just for me 😊. I can’t wait to see the finished product (a.k.a. My DREAM ring 💍💎💕). We will definitely be making future purchases here. I highly recommend this store!! So many great things to say about it ;0)

Huge thank you to Drake & Shane at Jared’s for making my ring purchase an amazingly smooth experience. They were knowledgeable, patient and made sure every detail was perfect — from verifying the diamond to helping design the custom setting. The final ring came out beautiful. Nathan at Jared Vault is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, Nathan greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. He helped me find the perfect anniversary gift for my boyfriend and took his time explaining everything about the jewelry, including all the details and sale options. His knowledge, attitude, and customer care were outstanding. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. Highly recommend asking for Nathan, he made the whole experience 10/10!

Excellent experience! I came in to purchase an engagement ring and Kylee was incredibly helpful. After showing her some styles I had in mind she quickly showed me their current selection and was really informative. She made everything smooth, stress free and fun! Visited this location to purchase two rings for my wife and myself. The employees greeted us as we walked in and Kylee showed us a few options until we found the rings we wanted. She was very helpful and answered my multiple questions when I came back to buy them. My ring was too small and she sent it out to get resized. Large selection of jewelry, friendly staff and great experience overall. Highly recommend getting the warranty!
